  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, sugar, vegetable oil (or melted butter), eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Add Optional Ingredients: If you’re using add-ins like blueberries or chocolate chips, fold them into the batter gently.
  6. Fill Muffin Tin: Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
