Instructions:
- Prepare the Beef Heart:
Trim any excess fat and connective tissue from the beef heart. Cut it into bite-sized pieces. - Sear the Meat:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef heart pieces and sear them for about 5 minutes until browned. Remove the meat and set aside. - Sauté Vegetables:
